Suggested Tours & Hotels in the Dominican Republic

Yesterday, a potential client who scheduled for the free consultation with me was a no-show despite me contacting him to see if anything is alright on his end. So I had to cancel the appointment and mark as a no-show.

Today, I added this note to the scheduling instructions, since this is the second time I had to deal with a stranger not showing up:

“NOTE: If you don’t show up or contact me within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, then I’m going to cancel the appointment and mark it as a no-show. As a result, you’re going to have to reschedule.”

(In case you’re wondering, this is what happened the first time with a different one from Baltimore, Maryland.)

I also changed the password to my Zoom meeting to make it easier for clients to sign in as well as add the Zoom information and link to the email confirmation. Hopefully, in the future, I’ll get serious clients and not just my aunt, who (so far) has been my best client.

Anyway, this “potential client” happened to be from Nigeria and wanted to go to the Dominican Republic from October 30, 2022 to November 10, 2022 on a budget of $5000 USD per person, which is fine. Had he shown up, I would’ve told him about Temptation Miches Resort which is one of two resorts that is going to open in that same month, since he was going as a solo traveler. (The other resort, Temptation Grand Miches Resort, is couples-only.)

Here are some other suggested and tours, in case you’re interested in going to the Dominican Republic:
