Please Don’t Waste My Time

I just got done waiting for what I thought was a potential client who didn’t show up for the free consultation that she scheduled. At first, I tried to be nice to her by contacting her with the Zoom ID in the first 10 minutes she didn’t show up, but then after an hour, I just got fed up and tried reaching her a 2nd time:

“Hi Aleisha:

I waited for an hour for you to show up while trying to keep myself busy. I already have some all-inclusive hotels and resorts to recommend to you, since you obviously don’t know where you want to go. I was also going to ask you when you and your guest’s birthdays are and was going to plan trips around you guys’ birthdays. However, none of us will ever know, since you didn’t show up. Anyway, I have a suggestion: Perhaps, next time, if you’re going to schedule a free consultation with me, try to actually show up or at least contact me when you can’t. In fact, you can either reach me at (540) 486-6647 or senarainey@hydrangeatravels.com

You’re lucky I didn’t have anything else planned for tonight. I have nothing more to say other than to express my disappointment. “

Apparently, she didn’t have the decency to apologize or even explain. And she won’t have to worry about me contacting her anymore and reporting my emails to the Better Business Bureau, since I’m putting it here for all to see.

She shouldn’t have wasted my time in the first place. Like I said, if you’re going to schedule a free consultation with me, try to actually show up or at least contact me when you can’t. I don’t know why that’s so hard for her. I guess it wasn’t hard for her to give me that response I just screenshot.

Anyway, after this, I’m going to delete this inconsiderate person from my life and move on.
