Urgent Appeal for Muhammad Tareq’s Family and a Path Forward.
Dear Team,
Today I write with urgency and determination. Muhammad Tareq and his family have returned to their home in Gaza, only to find it nearly reduced to rubble. With relatives newly displaced from the most starved parts of Gaza, they now share what little is left: partial walls without windows, no doors, no furnishings, no electricity or water while living perilously close to military lines.This is not safety. This is survival. And now the strain grows heavier as children and injured loved ones arrive with almost nothing left from the grueling journey south.
Our immediate goal is to raise $5,000 to help them create a livable encampment, somewhere they can secure clean water, provide bedding, and restore dignity in the midst of devastation.
This is urgent, and we need your help to make it happen quickly.
But our responsibility does not end here. The months ahead will bring new waves of need: food, medical supplies, clothing for growing children, ongoing shelter repairs, and the unforeseen challenges of life under siege.
Beyond this immediate $5,000 goal, we will continue working to ensure that Muhammad’s family has a lifeline of support for the long haul.

Even as we struggle with these urgent needs, we take inspiration from the world rising up against genocide:• Leaders at the Arab-Islamic Emergency Summit in Doha have condemned the attacks on Gaza as an extermination campaign, calling for accountability and action.
• Over 30 nations convened at the Bogotá/Hague Group Summit, where 12 countries agreed on real steps to halt arms transfers, enforce accountability, and cut financial support for the occupation.
• The Global Samud Flotilla now sails toward Gaza with humanitarian aid, defying the blockade and insisting that the people of Gaza are not forgotten.These efforts remind us that we are not alone. Every donation, every action, every stand of solidarity is part of this larger fight to end genocide.
