Interested in Palestinian literature? If so, then I found a couple of causes you might be interested in: Edward Said Libraries (located in Gaza and East Jerusalem) and a webinar titled Bearing Witness: a poetry reading with Mosab Abu Toha and friends on March 19, 2024 at 3 PM EST, both of which are founded and hosted by Mosab Abu Toha, author of Things You May Find Hidden in My Ear: Poems from Gaza.
So far, I’ve donated $25 to the Edward Said Libraries and $10 to attend the above mentioned webinar. Someday, I’m planning on buying and reading his book. The reason why I’m sharing this here is because I’ve had previous with Barbados’ fundraiser and I hope to get similar success with one or both these causes.
