Complex Travel Planning — $100
Designed for trips requiring additional research and coordination, including multi-city itineraries, multiple accommodations, transportation arrangements, tours, activities, or detailed itinerary development.
Group & Destination Wedding Planning — Starting at $150
Designed for destination weddings, family and friend groups, celebration travel, and other coordinated group trips. Services may include room-block or group-rate research, guest travel guidance, deadline coordination, group communication support, and more extensive supplier and logistics management.
Please note: Professional planning fees are separate from payments made directly to travel suppliers. Fees are based on the original scope of the trip and may be adjusted if the requested services change significantly.
